From Canon Selphy CP 760 to computer

I have the Canon Selphy CP 760 and I cannot find out how to transfer from a memory card in the printer to the computer... not even sure that its possible but it was on my old compact printer... Printer IS connected to computer and I can print pictures from computer just can't transfer to computer. Any ideas??

Fixed the problem by uninstalling all instances of the printer and re-installing printer driver.

Did you download and install the proper Vista driver from Canon's website? If not, I would suggest that. If you have, then try opening the device manager and look for the printer. Reinstall the driver and just direct it to look in the proper folder for it.

Question edited to fix errors in printer name format. Plus it is either a CP-200 or a CP-1200. There isn't a CP-2000.

Also remove the cartridges, remove the printhead, and look for scraps of paper or lint in the area.

Memory card not clicking into slot

Try a different card if that does not work you have a bad socket where you are inserting the card. That would need to be replaced.

Cannot remove ink cartridge in canon selphy

is one of the gear having the problem in the canon selphy cp 760 photo printer ... the last motor gear loses.. just add super gule to it.. due to the gear is loses.. so the print cartridge can`t releass out...and it keep say your cartridge in empty... turn the gear n it free your print cartridge...

now everthings look fine...

Hi,
Are you able to upload the photos to your PC?
If so, transfer them to your PC then format the memory card using your camera or PC, then download the photos back to the memory stick & insert once more into your printer.

go to control panel then printer and faxes then right clik on this cp 760 printer then set as defaults printer.
