If call and message tones possibly heard,display problem comes from LCD,some components of this parts is weak that's why it shows display a while when turning the phone ON.
If you can provide LCD part from any dealer or suppliers near you,this amateur video can guide you replacing LCD screen of your phone.
Another possible problem is the Display IC module which generate the display,base on our experience,this can be possibly replaced using hot air reworking station,this is the second option if LCD is still working at all.In this case,I may advice you to bring the phone to a mobile service center for display IC replacement,this is more complicated to work with.well,to give you an idea,take a look at this video on how technician replace this parts.

may I ask, although the display is white can you still hear a tone? Or if you restart your phone you still hear a tone.
If yes..maybe the connector that conects your lcd to the main board is lossen. it happens when the phone is accidentally drop. If you know how to open your phone, try to tighten all the screws inside and start.if nothing happens. Try to replace your lcd with a new one.
