My blower only blows on high

1) Is switch on low and STILL blower is on high? OR,2) is it not working UNTILL you put it on high? Start with replacing switch, if that doesn't work, think about replacing blower, or get used to it on high. Switch is an inexpensive start to resolving the problem.
