well why not check the voltage to the blower on high.
not 12v, then controller is bad.
if 12vdc is good the blower is bad.

no valet switch,you will have to replace batteries/keypad to make it work and you CANNOT bypass the system......otherwise whats the point in fitting it??
1) Is switch on low and STILL blower is on high? OR,2) is it not working UNTILL you put it on high? Start with replacing switch, if that doesn't work, think about replacing blower, or get used to it on high. Switch is an inexpensive start to resolving the problem.
Inertia switch is located in one of two areas, on the passenger side panels next to the toe kick by the radio. Or up under the dash. It will be a red button that you need to puch in
