I have a Motorola wireless router. I lose wireless connection to laptop when our house phone is in use. When the phone is not being used, everything works fine. Wired desktop pc has internet regardless of the phone being in use.
Your phone frequency must be the same with frequency of your wireless router. To avoid this you access the web GUI of your router page..http://192.168.1.1..( in most cases)...and go to the wireless settings...look for the frequency tab and change the settings ( you can try 1-10). DO trial and error...
