The entire screen is fuzzy/ snowy, you can see the image but it is not clear, the cable has been checked and is fine. What could be the problem?

the issue is very vague so limits some answer, is the line colored, present when a DVD etc connected via rear inputs, or 3 d like in some way?

It could be dirty contacts, corroded connectors inside, or dirty from atmospheric pollution or even dust.

This is a issue with just the LCD it needs to be replaced.

better call your cable tv provider.it seems that the problem is out of your premises

Apparently the camera that someone reviewed there goes fuzzy.

1.Check audio/video RCA jack cables
2.check S-video(if you use S-video cables)
3.check with another dvd player to get normal picture on your tv system. if picture is normal in this process. then problem with your old dvd player.
4.if same problem occurs in other dvd player. then problem with your television. external audio/video processing circuits
5.if the tv is ok. then the problem with your old Dvd player audio.video converting circuits
6. if can be rectified by authorised service engineers
7.Contact service engineer. as there is no recitification process from user part

Hello, the best option for you is to put another (small) TV instead of plasma to check whether your cable is OK. If you need more info please advice. Arpi
