Question about Robot Coupe CL50 Food Processor
The plastic rotating attachment which is put at first in the robot coupe before the blade has been cracking frequently.lookin for advice and details of the nearest support team.
Is there a way to sharpen the blades.
Is there a limit to its usage.
That plastic piece is a sling disk or sling blade and made to sling product to the discharge chute. Believe it or not, the motor shafts wear out and could be the cause of premature failure. When you install the new sling blade, check to see how much slop/ play there is by moving this back and forth on the shaft, a small amount is ok (1/16th to 3/32nds). The other thing to look at is forcing or overfeeding the unit. You can contact them at Robot-coupeusa.com
