I have a sentient cctv and after a power cut it will not boot it is locked up. I have powered off and left off overnight when turn back on still locked up.

What did you change it to? You can try another monitor that will display that resolution, that is your only option unless you can connect remotely to that system and access the settings.

you need to allow ip address for the cctv system to be port forwarded.

Check the monitor first to be sure it has not failed. Use another monitor or a flashlight against the screen of the one you have to verify there is no image.

Just reduce the frame rate slightly on each camera or the record quality and it will increase the data retention period.
