Here are the 5 requirements for mid-shelves sneeze guards.

Never saw a cabinet 212 feet wide- almost as long as a football field .

I'm going to assume you meant 2 and 1/2 feet wide. If so, each 8 foot board can be cut into three 2 1/2 foot shelves (leaving 1/2 foot left over). Do same 3 time yields 9 shelves and three 1/2 foot boards - a total of 1 1/2 feet left over.

if you can not find any could you not get some one to cut glass shelves for you to fit.

it is possibly cheaper to go to a glass firm and get glass cut and edges polished to fit than it would be to buy replacement shelves.the mark up is horrendous on any spare parts......

I have 2 shelves and a chrome drip pan from a Farberware T4850. They are used but in good condition. As far as I know, all the shelves for the Farberware T series convection ovens are the same. My T4850 just stopped working a few days ago, and I am looking to replace it. I would be willing to give you the 2 shelves & chrome drip pan (which you may be missing and are unaware of it). look to see if the shelves are in fact not shelves but evaporator coils . if the shelf is connected to small tubing, then that tubing flows freon that freezes the shelf. if its clearly not connect to any tubing or piping then its just a shelf and gets residual cold from evaporator shelves. if it is connected to tubing like the others and not getting cold then you have whats called a restriction. . particles have plugged the tubing and no freon is feeding the shelf. if that is happening then consider having a pro recover the gas , unplug the tubing , replace the drier and recharge it. if its an older unit and you are getting by then maybe not worth the expense.

The only shelves you'll get for this model is probably the ones offered by the manufacturer.

The best way for longevity of the shelves, is to make sure that you do not put too many heavy things on it, and be careful when cleaning and replacing shelves..

Yes you can get a replacement for the shelves, at a hardware store or somewhere else. Or you can try spray painting the spots there are rust.
