My whirlpool front load duet washing machine will only spin slow what do i look for to correct this problem

It drains good ,tub is not binding timer goes through cycle it just will not spin fast

My whirlpool duet washer will rotate to balance

If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes, the water valves are turned off and "F/02" is flashed.

NOTE: After 4 minutes the "Sud" error will be displayed, then 4 minutes later the F02 error code will be displayed.

To solve this:

Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.

Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked.
Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running.
Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects.
If the above does not correct the problem, replace the pump.

Spin speed slow

Sometimes this is a problem with the drain pump filter. It will get clogged with debris which will cause unit to spin slowly. The panel at the front bottom of unit will grant you access to the filter on the pump. Get a bowl or bucket and get ready to catch some water. Good luck
