Speech recognition

Accedently iremoved speech recognition from my
vista laptop,i tried to re-install it but it
did'nt install.a dialoge box always come up to say
'speech recognitio could not start' make sure your
audio hardware is working properlyand check your
audio configuration in the audio devices and sound
themes control panel....when i installed it in some
other way like; START>CONTROL
PANEL>SYSTEM ADVANCED >SYSTEM
SETTINGS>SYS.PROPERTIES>HARDWARE DEVICE MANAGER.
to find a yellow sign at{AsusTeK EuropaII Hybrid
Capture Device. which means missing or curreptd
driver.which i hope not.now pleasee can any one
tell me step-step how to get speech recognition
back to my vista laptop.please
