Wireless network adapter isnt working

I have a averatec 3200 notebook that is having problems with the wireless network adapter. I cant unistall the current driver or install a new one.

    at first it stopped recognizing wireless networks completly. i tried to update the driver and now it wont let me do anything to the driver in the device manager. i've tried to update the broadcom driver and it says it updated it, but it still has the exclamation point in there.

How can install the drivers for the wireless
You will need to download the drivers off the averatec 3200 website and then install them. I checked and its a .exe file which means it should be very simple. If you have no internet on the laptop you will need to download them to a flash drive or burn to cd via another computer.

Disabled the wireless network connection and enabled Ethernet. Cannot reverse it and enable the wireless. What do I do
As long as you have not uninstalled the wireless card you can get to it from the control panel > system > hardware > device manager > scroll down to network adapters, highlight the wireless adapter and right click on it. Choose enable and close out device manager. Reboot the computer.

WIRELESS CONNECTION PROBLEM
Have you configured your wireless adapter with same WPA key that you had set on the wireless router?
Do you detect other Wireless routers in your area and are they using the same wireless channel as your router?
If so change the wireless channel on your wireless to an unused wireless channel to avoid interference with other wireless routers.

Reinstalled windows xp downloaded the drivers from http://www.trigem.com/ but still cant get the network controller to work on my Averatec 3200 series . were do I find the download for the controller.
Which is not working the wireless or the wired? Both drivers were listed on the Averatec web site.

The flash disk could be faulty, especially when it draws too much power, and this will cause the USB ports to shut down and the other USB devices won't work until the faulty device is removed.

Wireless Driver is not installing
Check first If you did it well,

Go to My PC >> right click >> properties >> Hardware >> Device Manager >> Network adapters

you must be seeing the wireless adapter installed there.

If you dont see the device there try to install again

(check the button that allow the wireless network be ON or OFF.......obviusly MUST BE ON)
