No water detected entering machine or Pressure switch trip not detected.

If after 30 seconds the control does not detect water entering machine and then valves will be turned off and the error code will be displayed.
Or
If the control has turned the water valves on and after 8 minutes the flow meter has detected 10.5 gallons of water passing through it, but has not detected the pressure switch trip, the valves will be turned off and the error code will flash.

Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.

Potential Causes

• If there is no water in the unit:
- Make sure that both valves at the water source(s) are turned on all the way.
- Check for plugged or kinked inlet hoses or plugged screens in the inlet valves
- Verify inlet valve operation
• If there is water in the unit:
- Verify Drain pump operation
- Pressure Switch Hose is in good condition and properly connected to Tub and Pressure switch

• Verify there is not a siphon problem
• Verify wire harness connections to; Inlet Valves, Pressure Switch, Drain Pump, Flow Meter, and Central Control Unit (CCU)
• Check all hoses for possible leaks
• Verify pressure switch operation
• Verify flow meter operation
• Verify CCU operation

Replace failed component.

Car doors won't lock because of an error message. What could the problem be?

Whenever this warning light or any other stays on in the dash it is indicating that the systems control module (or the system sensor in the case of lights like low oil pressure, door open indicators etc.) has detected a fault, it then disables the system (this applies to ABS,TCS, TCM, SRS, TPMS and BCM faults and others) as long as the light is on. You must now have the dealer hook up a special electronic diagnostic tool and "scan" the system for the fault code that is stored for the problem(s)

Legend of Abbreviations. ABS Anti-lock brake system. TCS Traction control system, TCM Transmission control module, SRS Supplemental restraint system, BCM Body control module. TPMS Tire Pressure Monitor System

DE error problem

Hello this is the link direct from LG if your unit is an LG on the DE error message http://lgknowledgebase.com/kb/index.php?View=entry&EntryID=799 sometimes you can get the error to clear by unplugging the unit for 7 minutes which causes the control to reset if it reappears then you would have to replace the door lock assembly in the unit. If you have any further questions message me back Thanks Rick
basicly means the door lock has not cleared in the home position usually it will reset by unplugging the 7 minutes

Getting fdl error message, when I try to start load, door is not locking

Hi,

"dl"indicates a door lock error. A Door Lock Error occurs if the door cannot be unlocked. It will try to lock it 6 times before displaying the error.
Check for the following when dl occurs:
  • Door Lock Mechanism broken.

  • Check Door Lock/Switch Assembly for foreign objects

  • Check Wire Harness connections to the Door Lock/Switch Assembly and Central Control Unit (CCU)

  • Door Lock/Switch Assembly Failure

Spinning Motor is overloading

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. LE error is a communication error between the control board and the motor. In you LG washer the Hall Effect sensor board monitors the direction and speed of the motor and sends this information to the control board. Usually the issue is with this Hall Effect sensor going bad and should be replaced. However, to make sure it’s not a locked motor, try turning the drum with your hand. And, if you feel some resistance while turning the drum or the drum doesn’t move freely then the motor is locked and you’ll need to get it replaced. If it is fine then it is the Sensor. Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

Thanks

We used the self cleaning option on our Kenmore Gas Range (model number 665.72004101 or 665.75004101) and now the oven door remains locked and the error message on the screen is e1 - f5. How do we unlock...

The E1- F5 error is a door lock error.

The control (TIMER) has likely failed in this instance - BUT...

Sometimes when you disconnect power to a range and reconnect it the electronic range control gets confused.
You should disconnect power again for 15 seconds and reconnect and see if that helps.

If it doesn't cure the E1- F5 error hold the bake button in until E0- F2 appears in the display.
This is the error for a stuck button on the keypad and is the way to clear the memory of the electronic range control.

Sometimes these work, but if the control has failed it won't make any difference.

The aperture ring must be locked in position when using automatic aperture control. When the aperture ring is in any other position the 'format error' message appears and the camera is inoperative. Now that my ring is locked in position the camera works fine.
