Mharvz - you need to contact your mobile carrier helpdesk and have them assist you with your gprs and mms.
Morsy1450 - install the software cd that came with the phone then you can use the cable via pc to then transfer the photos.

just request your service provider for GPRS settings , so that they will send you the settings to be saved, now you can activate and use the Net ans also the MMS service.
