What amp fuse fitted in KOR6N9RR

There is a big fuse inside that thing. Check to see that it is not open. Could be that the magnetron, lite, and dish are all on the same circuit.

Most microwaves take either a 15 amp or a 20 amp fuse. If you still have your old one, it should have the amperage stamped into one of the silver collars at each end of the fuse. Hope this helps!

Check fuse box for blown fuse bad fuse or fire ants or other inscects or insects nest in fuse box also wiggle an inspect wire for Burns or loose connections

Probably either
- the high voltage capacitor has failed
- the magnetron itself has failed
- the high capacity fuse in line to the above 2 items has blown

Microwaves can be very dangerous if you poke around inside, even when unplugged. Take it to a service tech and get a rough quote, which could approach $150 for parts and labour. It may be cheaper to buy another.

No Lights or Power, Unit seems Dead First check is the main fuse of the unit. On countertop units, you will need to take the shell off. The fuse will be close to where the cord comes through into the unit. OTR units, this main fuse is usually behind the control panel or possibly behind the vent. Usually the fuse is obvious if blown, otherwise test with an OHM meter, if open, replace fuse.
Some brands will also have a thermal cut-off fuse in the incoming voltage line to the control board. Older Maytags and Samsungs have this fuse in it. This thermostat looking fuse is usually above the oven cavity somewhere under the outside shell. Sometimes you can get to it through the vent of OTR models. Test with an OHM meter, replace if open.

Possible that the switch or the lock is jammed or that the relay or main processor board is fault. Please take care that the microwave is not ON as this is dangerous.

If everything works, but no heat sounds like the magnetron circuit has failed. Since it is brand new, just take it back to the store and complaint that it does not work, and ask for a refund or replacement oven.
