connect your iphone and open up ibriker just click on boot phone
this should snap ur phone out of restore mode. it wont work if your phone is hardware unlocked as in it has been tampered with ive had a few iphones in the same condtion as yours. if this doesnt work im guessing it has been water damaged or the insides have been tampered with cos its pretty much imposible to stuff up an iphone completely even if u wanted too

I would plug your iPhone into a charger and wait.
If you think you've waited enough time, wait some more.
Basically, the battery was COMPLETELY drained and you need to charge it back up in order to even turn it on.

If this doesn't fix your issue, I suggest taking it to the Apple Store, they should be able to repair/replace the phone.
