The printer stopped printing
Call your Evolis dealer for support - they should be able to help you diagnose the issue. It could be a simple as a jammed ribbon cartridge (you can check this yourself by either using a different ribbon, or to see if the ribbon spools turn smoothly when rotated by hand). It could also be a problem in the ribbon-drive motors or mechanical components, which they are trained to assist with. As a previous answer stated, if it's only 3 months old, any printer faults would be covered under the manufacturer's warranty if you purchased new from an authorized dealer.
