yes,the magneto on the flywheel will create the energy to make voltage for spark

It should be a 4 stroke, the only thing I can find on it is the mulcher blades, set up called a side discharge mower. It has a 5.5 HP ,22 inch, briggs and stratton engine. Hope this helps.

if you are using a blade mulcher be sure to keep your hands out of it!

when its empty you can store anywhere you like but when its full try and keep in open place due to smell that may burst from the mulcher.
