5KV Fuse Assembly is probably blown --see this type for example- http://www.espares.co.uk/part/microwaves/sanyo/p/1095/840/0/0/639835/0.7a-5kv-fuse-assembly.html

Micrwave does not heat up, it is pulgged in and doors are closed , food is ice cold..

This is caused by a bad magnetron, is it more costly to repair this, than it is to replace the microwave. Around $300

Thanks, Repairman45

OK above is a service manual, this should get you into the "ball park" I have given you also a DIY repair of microwaves.
Usually, the magnetron, or High Power Diode, is what fails. Anyway perform the troubleshooting steps, and you should be able to sort it out.
BE CAREFUL. Microwaves are LETHAL.

Always light is on all the time

This is a problem with a door switch, door switch mount, or door alignment.

Since it's less than one year old, it should be fully covered under warranty. I'd suggest contacting the manufacturer to get it fixed free.

If you don't have your owner's manual, you can download it here or here free.

You can locate Sanyo authorized servicers here.

Could be the Magnatron, Diode, HV Cap or Transfomer, some also have a high voltage fuse that blow. Unless you really are confident playing with Very High Voltages, and have a meter capable of 5000v, I dont recommend you repair yourself as a microwave will happily electrocute you. Also if the discharge resistor has burnt out on the cap (assuming it was fitted on your model) the capacitor can store enough power to kill you even when the unit is unplugged so you must discharge the cap before playing with anything else to be safe.

I'm thinking that the circuit board has a problem. I doubt it will work but disconnect all the connectors on the board...with the power off and reconnect. It may clean off some goo. If not, use your method as long as it will work and then consider a new board.
