SOURCE: replaced ics, no power
i have one on my workbench right now please check the jumpers you unplugged especially the one on the far left corner (goes to front panel) the one behind the stk 392 010 you replaced (very easy to miss)
take good lighting and make sure every jumper is plugged in
skip this if your set was working but if it wasnt check the fuses and fusible resistors
third if all that fails check your soldering make sure the joints(on the stk's ) are all good and shiny and the joints on the heavier components especially the line output transformer the big black plastic thing on the right of the stk ic you could have loosened it [UNPLUG THE POWER CORD FIRST]

Hope I can help you. Not only do I have the same set at home, but I've been repairing this equiptment professionally for 25 years. This problem can be caused by many different things. Mine has shutdown intermittantly for two different reasons. First, the shutting off was caused from airflow. The solution was to disconnect the power and remove and vaccuum the rear cover vents as well as internal fans. Careful not to touch the lamp.(Remove and set aside). When this problem occurred there were a few lights on the set that flashed.(Temp + lamp I think). The other problem that shut off the set on occasion was caused by the tv power supply.BP94-02222H. When it shutdown from this I could turn the set right back on without any problem and no lights flashed on the front panel. Also make sure to clean dust from the fan by the cable card slot. If this gets clogged a message will appear on the screen saying "Check the fan #3" I'm sure this is good, free and accurate advice. Good luck, Russmann.
