First you need to get the button out. But if it is defect (I think it is) that won't help. Did you try to find out what is keeping the button in the depressed position? is it possible there is some dirt around the knob? Something you can remove?

Power button on the television itself may be stuck - go to the unit and press the power button se if it engages. If it depresses and sticks there is your issue - if it does not check the remote take out the batteries and unscrew the unit take the rubber pad out of the casing and spray out with canned air. If that doesn't do it - try unplug the tv from the wall for 1 minute or 2 and replug-in and see if the problem persist if so you will need to contact a tv repair shop but it sounds like the button on the tv needs to be cleaned because something is holding the power position in a spot to turn the unit off

The transmission range switch provides a path to ground for the automatic transmission shift lock control solenoid in the PARK position. With the automatic transmission shift lock control solenoid energized the shift lever is mechanically locked in the PARK position. When the driver presses the brake pedal, the contacts in the automatic transmission shift lock control switch open, de-energizing the automatic transmission shift lock control solenoid. This allows the shift lever to move from the PARK position. When the shift lever is out of the PARK position the controlled ground contacts in the transmission range switch open. This prevents the automatic transmission shift lock solenoid from energizing when the vehicle is out of the PARK position.

You will need to replace the control panel. The button is pressed in the down position and won't allow you to do anything else till this part is replaced.

I had the same issue, enter button didn't work on orange or blue side. Turned out the exit button (door icon) was stuck in a depressed position. Once the button was popped up the enter button started to function again.
