Depends on the age of the tablet. If it's relatively new and within warranty take/ send it back as unfit for purpose. If it's out of warranty I suggest that you have it looked at by a good technician, but get an estimate first because you would need to consider replacing as well as fixing. I've just checked and you can get a direct match replacement for £60.

Hey nicole love to help but need some basic info. What is the make and model of your tablet? Also the OS and memory etc. Each tablet has a diff way it downloads apps. Some use googleplay or is it a ipad with itunes? post the info and ill look out for it., Chad man
