blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. http://electro-medical.blogspot.com/

That problem is usually have 2 causes..Its either power supply board or main board..
Please take this steps on how to determine the problem: 1. Open the back cover. 2.
Check the power supply output...It should have 5vdc for the main
board..12vdc or 16vdc for the audio and 24vdc for the back-light
inverter.. 3. If those 3 voltage supplies have encountered voltage drop...The problem could be on power supply board.. 4. If the power supply output is normal..The problem could be on the main board... 5.
If the problem is power supply you should check if the capacitors
are bulged on the top and try to replaced it..If you can't do that you
can purchased new power supply board.. 6. If the problem is on
main board there is no D.I.Y repair on that so you need to buy a new
main board that fits to your TV.. Hope this solution will be helpful..
Hi, Check solder mounts on power switch for dry-joints, (bad solders). If none are found I would recommend replacing the switch. The contacts inside the switch will be burned out but may be loosly connected when in the ON position when you are powering up from the mains socket switch. After initial power-up, (red light, relay click) the television will draw a huge amount of current to start up which the damaged switch will not be able to handle and will open-circuit.
Bypass the switch (Not Recommended unless you are familiar with electronics) You could try this to establish that the switch is the cause
these particular tvs are very sensitive to voltage changes spikes etc.first turn off main power switch wait at least 30 sec if standby come on wait another 30 then turn off main power again and unplug tv for 1 min then plug in turn on main switch wait 30 sec then turn on tv with remote resets system.then buy a ups and always wait at least 30 min after turning tv off to turn back on if not causes power failure and after each press of power button wait 30 seconds before trying again lmk good luck
