If it is a smartphone, put in a password. On Apple, make sure Find My IPhone" is set up. On Andtoid, only download apps from Google play or other legitimate AppStore (eg. Amazon Appstore), don't sideload apps. Also, on android, run anti-malware app (such as free version of Avast).
does it shut down and then just start right back up? If it does then press and hold the power button and make sure it shuts down all the way. Then take the battery out and press and hold the power button after the battery is out for about 5 seconds. Then let it sit like 10 - 15 seconds. After that put your battery back in and turn it back on and see if this solved your problem. I think its in a loop to make it keep restarting. Let me know if this helped. Thanks, Herb Stacey

Battery : Remove the back and check and see if the battery isn't fully connected I put a folded peace of paper and put it on top of the battery and put the back on.
Try shutting off the phone and taking out the battery. Blow air onto the battery and around the phone, and then put it back together. Try That. Sorry if it dosent work.
You could try unplugging your laptop and taking the battery out, wait a few minutes put the battery back in, then plug it back in to the wall receptable, if you were working on something you wanted to save when this happend it might not keep any of the information, you should be able to boot it back up normally.
please i am using zte 228 fm phone in ghana and my phanoe just block. i off it and on it again and now i am asked by the phone to enter in a pone code but i never put a code on the phoe or the chip. can you provide me with a code for that phone
