Re: TV will not power on
Any and all fuses are located inside the TV, however, the problem you're having is likely caused by more than a blown fuse. It sounds like you may have a problem with the power supply. Unfortunately, you'll have to have the set looked at by an experienced tech at a local repair shop to determine exactly what's wrong. Unless you have experience with television repair, you don't want to mess around inside of one. I hope I've provided

The fuse can be located on the power supply board. To locate the power
supply board, trace the TV wire back into the TV. The area where the TV
wire is soldered inside the TV is the power supply board. There is fuse
on the board. So this means you have to disassemble the TV....

Hi.Please check the fuse of your television located inside the TV.Try to remove the back cover of your TV and find the fuse location. Its located at the back right near the power supply.Check it if is busted and replace the same valiue of fuse.Unplug the TV before removing the cover to avoid electric shock.tanks
Hello. If you have multimeter available you can actually check if voltage present at the end of your power cord first. If it's OK than you have to remove back cover from your TV and locate power supply board. It's very easy - it should be next to the power cord receptacle. First look for capacitors that have bulged tops instead of flat ones. If you locate any - replace them and check if it's going to take care of problem. Right next to receptacle connection is fuse located and you have to check if it's open. Replace it if needed. If new fuse got blown right away - you have short in power supply board. If fuse is OK - connect power cord and using multimeter try to figure out if 5V is supplied from Power supply board to the main board (the one that have all inputs attached to it). If 5V is present but power LED in front of the TV is still dead - you could have problem with main board. Best regards. Russ.
The first place to start is the outlet and check to be sure it has power. The next is to check / replace the main internal (to the tv) fuse - it's a 5A 250V GMA fuse (google image of GMA fuse). To find the fuse, unplug the set and remove the back cover of the TV - follow the power cord to where it enters - the fuse is located to the right and slightly ahead of where the power cord is attached to the board.
