Normally during manufacturer the wires in one half of the connection line up with the same colour wire in the other half of the connection

I contacted the manufacturer and they provided online access to all of the conversion documentation free of charge. Ironically not one of them proclaimed to be an expert. I myself have repaired and used these products for 20+ years and don't consider myself an expert. If someone proclams expertise, be suspect.
