Question about Yahoo Mail
PLEASE HELP!!! !!!!Have already tried OTHER yahoo accounts, ... they all work as usual.
The problems its only specific with ONE of them.
ALREADY tested opening at different machines, and w/other
Operating systems, FireFox, SeaMonkey & Crome.
so the problem is only with this Yahoo account.
IMPORTANT NOTE: I Do CAN login into www.yahoo.com, I CAN SEE the small window that opens inside the principal yahoo web page, and I can even see the first 3-4 lines of my inbos, but as soon as click to open any of them, it takes me to a new page (as expected) but it only displays a blank-white page, seems to load, but the browsers say: "done". But the page remains just emthy, plane & white.
I CAN open a new browser page and go to www.yahoo.com and I can see that I am still logged in and also there I can logout, I can even change my password..!!!
Just when going to the page where email is supposed to be shown, page opens in white..
Problem has last already more that 10 days!
I think is clear that the problem lies on yahoo side...
THANKS for the Help ..!!!!
I've had the same problem as mikeforma. My problem had to do with the the All New Yahoo mail. When I went back to Yahoo Classic the problem went away.
Here's how I fixed it.
(1) Sign into Yahoo.
(2) Click Yahoo mail.
(3) At the 'blank screen' , copy an paste this url:
<then press enter>
(4) Say YES to opt out of the All New Yahoo mail.
Hopefully it should work for anyone having similar problems. It did for me.
I found the solution here:
