Question about Nokia 3200
Is the SIM Card the one that came with the phone? Did it previously work with the phone?
If this is a new phone and you are moving your SIM into it one reason that it would reject the card is that the phone is locked to a specific service provider and that provider is not the one on your sim.
For example say you have T-Mobile Service and you purchased that phone online or through a third party and the phone was originally set up for AT&T. Well, AT&T locks their phones so that they will not work with the SIM from another provider.
If that is the case what you need to do is unlock the phone. There are many sites on the net that will assist you in doing that and all you have to do is google the model of your phone and the word unlock.
If you provide them with the information that they need to determine what code is required you can likely do it yourself, or you can pay to have it done as there are a plethora of companies and people offering that service online.
