open the machine then you will found the box full with cotton near the ink
cartage and remove the cotton and fill new one then close the machine you will able to copy or print

the waste ink is collected in a box because of cleaning of the cartridge take place on power on and before printing. simply you have to despose off the ink. try to take out that box by opening front cover. if you do not access that box u have to open top, back and side covers.
