Question about ValuSoft Hard Truck: 18 Wheels of Steel for Windows
I have two suggestions to try. First, go to the shortcut or .exe for the game, right click on it and go to properties. Click on the compatibility tab and check the box for "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and Windows XP should already be selected. If this doesn't work, also in compatibility there is "Run program as administrator". Only do this with programs you trust, but I don't see a reason not to trust this game. If this also does not work, if you are running 64 bit vista, it is likely the game will not run at all. This has to do with it being a 64 bit operating system and not a 32 bit operating system, not if it was vista or XP. I hope this gave you the answer you were looking for.
