I HAVE SOME HOW LOCKED MY SOUND FROM WORKING WHEN I TRY AND USE MY REMOTE TO TURN UP OR DOWN THE VOLUME I GET A WARRANTY CLOCK SCREEN IF I MANUALLY TURN UP THE VOLUME I HAVE TO GO TO MENU SCREEN AND IT STAYS UP BUT CAN'T EXIT OUT OR IT GOES ALL THE WAY DOWN. THE MUTE DOESN'T WORK EITHER CAN YOU HELP ME ?
