Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP2
And even my taskmanager is also disabled i have to access my sys using utility manager
If you are experiencing low performance and your task manager is also disabled then most probably your computer is infected by a virus. Update your antivirus and run complete scan. If you are not using any malware or spyware i'll recommend you to install malwarebytes you can download free version from malwarebytes.org and also install good spyware. Hope that helps
