Question about Black & Decker B2300 Bread Machine
I am following the recipe in the booklet given with the machine....I have cut the yeast back twice now and still have dough stuck all over the window. Sure makes a mess and NOT a very good experience if it takes half an hour to clean the thing and the loaf looks horrible. This is not my first bread machine but the recipes are pretty few in the booklet. Can this machine just be returned?
Cut the water down to 1 2/3 cups and the flour to 5 cups
Everything else remains the same and it should work out OK

Sounds like you may need to use a smaller quantity of all of the ingredients, or exchange for a machine that makes a large loaf. Well done, most people seem to have problems getting the loaf to rise enough!
