Bosch kann58a50gb/o8 fridge not cooling freezer seems ok

See or hear if the fan inside is working. Im not conversant with your model. Some units have 2 fans , 1 in the freezer and 1 in the fridge. Some only have1 , which will be in the freezer only. If the fan fails, the fridge cannot blow cold air into the food compartment. Generally, when an evaporator fan fails, the fridge doesn't get cold and the freezer overfreezes causing an excess ice buildup in the freezer.

My ED5HHAXVQ02 refrigerator is not cooling. However the freezer is overfreezing and frost is building up.

If freezer is icing up, you might have a defrost problem. Frost free models have a heating element that is controlled by a timer to automatically defrost ice, ie defrost timer turns on defrost heating element every 12 hours to melt ice in freezer and allow good air flow.
You can test defrost element with an ohm meter(located inside freezer coils-will have two wires going to a plug connection), if OK replace defrost timer (located in various places depending on make and model

Top freezer develops ice on left bottom side.

it has to be connected other wise its true that ice will get collected.because the compressor will give its coldness in refrigerator so the cold air of freezer will also get collected in refrigerator side, because there is no ice dispenser connected.connect the icedispenser.
to make it proper.

Kenmore Elite refrigerator problem

Sounds like a defrost problem or a plugged drain... to get it to work temporary defrost the freezer. Unplug the refrigerator, open the door and get a blow dryer and warm up the freezer. wait until the water stop dripping out or about 12 to 24 hours and then you can plug it back in . it will work for 2 to 3 weeks. To unplug the drain.defrost the freezer .remove the back cover. Use a pipe cleaner to clear the drain. pour a few cups of hot water down the drain. The defrost systems is:
TIMER-DEFROST (or may have a ADC)

Start with the timer. (if it has a ADC it will not apply) It is just under the front kick plate. there is a knob you can turn it slowly.until it clicks off the compressor. then open the freezer and listen . You should hear the heater come on .. it will sizzle when it comes on ...
You will have to remove the back panel of the freezer to check the heater for and thermostat for continuity. Heater are the lease likely part to go bad... I always change thermostat and timers together.

Refridgerator Not Cooling

If top is compleatly warm it is probley the fan motor, lot of failures on them. Replacement one will be a different looking motor. Verify motor is not turning, located in the back of the freezer in the top middle, behind small grill. Will see fan blade pointed up, should run whenever compressor is on.
