My WP pressure cooker won't turn on, at 1st you could jiggle the cord and it would turn on but now that does not work either. Is it a bad cord or he prongs it connects into?

Without the device in front of me i can't say which part is the problem. I would suggest first checking the continuity of the cord with a voltmeter to see if that's the problem. if so, replace the cable. If it's the internal part of the pressure cooker, take it into the shop for repairs.

I am looking for how to use a Kirby & Allen pressure Cooker

The 4 L Kirby & Allen 60ba that I have is a "whistling" pressure cooker. Search for this term on on YouTube to get a visual orientation on how to use this type. The company seemed to cease to exist in the early 2000s. So replacement parts are probably no longer available. But, it is a really nice, heavy (if weird looking) saucepan for fudge or candy after the seal breaks. Basically, fill like any other stove top pressure cooker. Heat on high to medium-high until it whistles. The weight on top will jiggle, spin, and hiss until it reaches pressure (the pssht "whistle"). Turn down to simmer and start your time according to the recipe. Which is a more helpful answer that Steve.

Hello, I got a brand new WP electronic pressure

Yes it can be disassembled and cleaned.
There aren't very many parts you can destroy by disassembling, just be careful not to force anything as you take it apart.

I have a mirro matic pressure canner model 0406 with a jiggler pressure gauge. how do you know when pressure is reached and how to maintain that pressure for correct time?

I too have a Mirro 0406 that my mother gave me some 25 years ago. I LOVE it and use it every year! Fortunately, she gave me the manual along with the canner. It states"When correct pressure is reached, control will jiggle and sputter. To reach the first jiggle in a small cooker may take less than 5 min, or less than 10 min, when canning. Large canner may take 45 to 60 minutes for the first jiggle when canning a full load. Count time from first jiggle and reduce heat so control jiggle about 1 to 4 times a minute for cooking (about 4 jiggles per minute when canning). Constant jiggling causes excessive loss of moisture: the occasional jiggle and a hissing sound indicates pressure is being maintained. (I just canned 14 quarts of green beans with my Mirro today 7/26/09 :) Congradulations on your Mirro canner, I hope you have many years of success with it. Good Luck, and Happy Canning!

My Wolfgang Puck pressure cooker shows 'E4' in the display.

There doesn't seem to be any legit way of fixing this. I tinkered with the pressure sensors and valves, kicked the pressure cooker a few times, still the E4 error presented itself.

I was able to bypass the E4 error by completely bypassing the electronics and wiring the heater coil to get power whenever the pressure cooker is plugged in. It was a very simple job, anyone with any electrical experience can do this.

The only problem is that it is a safety concern as there is no way for the heater to turn off even if pressure is getting to be way too high. There may be a pressure relief valve in the lid but the heater coil won't shut off, so don't leave it unattended! But at least this way to you can still pressure cook.

Presto Pressure Cooker Model 606

I have an old presto. The single weight is usually a 15psi weight. Cooking times vary with different foods and you could easily find a guide on the internet. Usually use about an inch of water, place in food, cover, and heat on high until weight starts jiggling. This is when you turn down heat until weight only jiggles 2-3 times per minute. This is also when you start timing the cooking. Hope I've helped,
Dan
