Hi there,
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Which of this boards are the good and stable ones

I assume you are running PC with Intel chipset.

I would recommend ASUS P7P55 WS SuperComputer its $199 at newegg.com

supports i3, i5, i7 LGA 1156 processors, which is quite a variety of speeds and power; supports DDR3 up to 16GB, 5x PCIe slots (though running at less than x16 if you use more than one or two); 6x SATA connectors; dual gigabit ethernet; the BIOS has plenty of options for overclocking, etc.

I am an advocate of ASUS boards..rock solid...Vista on the other hand...problems occur out of no where...when problems arise you always have to ask yourself" what has changed"..and work backwords from there.

Hi,
Are you able to enter into the BIOS settings by pressing DEL?
If so, load default settings in the BIOS and try booting up again.

Best wishes,

It sounds like a missing or incorrect LAN/NIC driver.
Pick your OS under the LAN menu on this Asus site

Computer does not boot up

Remove the second card. There is a few other things that must be done before you can select SLI & run.
Go to page 4-26 of your manual. You must set primary display adapter to PCI-E within the bios
Page 4.24 section: 4.4.4 set to AUTO. Section 4.4.5 set to High Preformance. Make sure your connecting your PCIE card in the 2 blue x16 slots & not the white x8 PCIE slot, found on page 2-20.
Happy computing & please vote.
