How do I go about reconditioning the drum suspension units on a Hoover 465 front load washer? What parts are needed?
The suspension is not moving freely causing the drum to rock violently and often hit the outside of the machine when starting the rinse cycles and the drum speeds up suddenly.
How do you get at the nuts at the top? They are partially hidden inside the brackets attached to the outer drum. Is a special spanner needed?
