I just bought the Samsung i780 as replacement of an older HP Ipaq 6915. The i780 is nice and plenty of funcionalities but the syncronization with Outlook (i have 2007) does not work either for Calendare and Contacts. Using my previous Ipaq with mobile 2003 works perfectly. If i cannot solve the problem i will go back to the shop and left the samsung, because the syncronization with outlook is fundamental for me.
I tries everythings:
1) Reinstalled Activesync (dowloaded by MS site) cancelling all the Registry entries many times
2) Disactivated the Antivirus
3) All the other tests found in Internet forum and so
I think that the problem is serious and sincerely it is quite strange that there are so many persons with more or less the same problems.

When you plug it in activesync, have you checked your activesync window to see if you've included outlook/email to be included in the synchronization process as well as the calendar and contacts?
