oh sorry about that, could be a broke wire or not making a good connection, I really don't mess with electric mowers, I turn them down when they come in my shop

Battery will not charge

li-Ion batteries have a bad habit: whenever fully depleted, they lose a few cells, to the extent that they might not be able to hold a full charge if enough cells are damaged. In other words, repeatedly using a laptop (or any other Li-Ion powered device) to battery depletion can shorten the battery's life significantly. You might want to keep the batteries fully charged whenever possible and avoid fully depleting them too often.
There is also the habit of "re-setting" the batteries by using the "fully deplete-fully charge" procedure. It only applies to niMH or NiCD batteries ( and is used to erase the "memory effect" ) but is damaging to Li-Ion batteries for the reason mentioned above.
so if your battery can not full charge, this mean you need change a new battery for your laptop

Will not start there is no juice going from the battery to the engine at all the lights will not turn on or the horn won't blow nothing works at all

did you changed the battery ? and then it did not start, how do you know that it is fully charged.
well lets assume that you are right, get a test light, start by putting one end to the battery positive +, the other end touch the engine block, valve cover what ever is metal on the engine, if comes on you are ok is far is the battery, then if ok, open the fuse box next to the battery and look for a main fuse, 80 or 100 amp, if you cant see inside, or you cant pock it, pullet out, ground one leg on the body any were, and touch the other leg with the test light, if it light up is ok, if you can pocket, the test light mast light up when you hook up the test light alligator to ground. and continue testing all the big fuses, also look at the battery + terminal may have a little box on top with 1 or 2 fuses, main fuses, check them the same way, both side of the fuse must lit up, if one side does not lit up, you have a open main fuse. good luck.

My treadmill is brand new and not coming on

Hi ispeaktobefr,

Please check the following:

1. Please make sure that the battery is fully charged, because it won't work if not.

2. If the motor turns slowly then your motor is ok, if not the motor is bad and would need to be replaced.

3. If the motor is ok then the motor controller ( the board with the metal ) is malfunctioning and would need to be replaced.

4. You may also check the fuse.

Hope it helps.

Thank you for using FixYa.

1300 A5, 2005, new battery fitted. engine turns over but will not start plenty of fuel in tank fuses seem ok bike did run ok, according to last owner, apart from having flat battery, would not hold...

Double check that the battery is connected right including the smaller positive wire( can be burned off and the bike won't charge. With the battery fully charged and the chaging system unplugged ( plug has a battery wire ( red ) a black wire ( ground) and three either yellow wires either that or white all the same color and size. UNplug this plug. Remove a spark plug and put thew wire back on it and lay it on the head or other ground and see if it sparks as the bike is charked ( be careful as it might start on the other cyclinder) If it sparks add a small amount of fuel to the air inlet to see if it'll start with a little extra fuel if it starts and dies then your looking for a fuel problem. This bike has a fuel pump and in nuetral with the kickstand up you shoud hear it come on as the keys turned on. If not your back to checking fuses and even the kickstand sawitch. kill switch ON? Fuel in tank new enough.?
