Bosch dishwasher continues to run (Model SHX46A02UC)

Our Bosch dishwasher (Model SHX46A02UC) continues to run in all of the wash cycles without shutting off on its own. It goes as far as unloading the soap and seems to continue in the wash cycle, although I am not completely sure that is the portion of the cycle it is stuck on. When I open it there is about 3 inches of water in the bottom and the water in the bottom and dishes are soapy. I am able to "cancel/drain" the cycle and the water will run out and we checked the drain and filters so we know they are not plugged. I ran a few cycles with 2 cups of vinegar in the bottom to make sure I cut the soap suds and it still continues to run. Do you have any advice for how to solve our problem?
