My ps3 rebooted itself and all my files were gone. It did a quick format but in systems info it said I still used up 29gb out of my 40gb PS3... is everything lost, and deleted? If I reformat it is forever gone, music pics, saved games?

This is a problem occurring in all the play station 3 consoles....... this is mainly because of the poor quality of the disc .........avoid using pirated discs.....as a result it leads to the damage of ur PS3 lens..............use good original discs........
check your lens if its working good then better download this Repair Guide for further information .........
