Dryer makes a buzzing noise when I turn it on but it doesn't come on, just buzzes.

Open the dryer door and slowly rotate the dryer drum in a counterclockwise (CCW) direction. Rotate the drum 2-3 revolutions and then shut the door and see if it will start. If it continues to just hum and not start could indicate a voltage issue, motor issue or a friction issue. Open the door again and locate the door switch plunger in the upper or lower corner on the hinge side of the drum opening. Hold the plunger in while someone begins rotating the drum counterclockwise. While turning the drum counter clockwise and holding the door switch plunger inwards press the start button. If it starts, there is likely a friction problem or motor problem.
What is the model number?

Dryer is frozen wont rotate when i hit the start button just makes noise then shuts off

The first thing I would do is try to rotate the drum by hand, there should be a little resistance at first, but once it begins to rotate it will rotate more easily. If it spins with no resistance it could be a broken belt or belt has slipped off. The noise I think your hearing is the electric motor trying to start up and may be locked up, and then tripping its thermal protection and shutting it down. These motors are durable but won't last forever, and are exposed to a lot of dirt and lint and can get packed in and around the motor affecting its operation. It doesn't sound like an easy fix to me other than a motor replacement. Hope this helps good luck.

I have a whirlpool dryer and the heating eleiment is getting hot but the dryer inside is barley warm

Inside of the dryer gets warmed up when the drum rotates as there is circulation of air. Hope your clothes are drying. If it takes long time then clean the screen filter as it gets clogged with the flint from clothes. As a matter of routine clean this filter every time you use it before starting the drying process.

Dryer not putting out warm to hot air. What is the issue?

Hope this info helps, ps don't forget to give me a rating thanks!!

For an electric dryer that runs but doesn’t heat, follow this repair roadmap:
Flip the circuit breaker off and then back on. Electric dryers run on a two-pole, 240v breaker. A common problem is for one of the legs to break which cuts the 240v that the elements need to heat up but it still supplies the 120v for the motor. The result is that the dryer runs but doesn’t heat.
If the breaker checks out, then it’s time to do some surgery. Unplug the dryer and open it up.
. Use your ohm meter to test the thermostats. All should show continuity.
Measure the resistance of the heating element with your ohm meter. Normal readings are in the neighborhood of 30 ohms.
In rare cases, the centrifugal switch in the motor can fail which breaks the power circuit for the heating elements. If this is the case, then the entire motor must be replaced since the centrifugal switch is built into the motor.

Dryer Drum not rotating

If warm air is still coming from the unit, but the drum is not rotating, it sounds like your drive motor is fine, but your drive belt is broken. Depending on you dryer model, these can be fairly easy to check, or may take a little creativity to get the dryer apart. Knowing your dryer model number would go a long way towards assisting further.
