Check your battery...make sure she is tight and charged, make sure the bike is in neutral......been caught by that one...check the breather.....and replace the spark plug....sometimes they spark but are too weak when under compression
Carb could be dirty, float stuck or choke stuck. Pull plugs, crank engine and see if you are getting raw gas in the cylinder(s). If you don't get gas to the cylinders, you won't start. You also could have a flooded carburetor.
