Re: Jet stsem water hase stopd comming in the washer
If you mean there is no water in jet system than I suggest to check circulation hose (dirty) of jet system and circulation pump otherwise problem is in " intake water".

Family error code E40 is visible to customers and (could be E41,E42,E43,E44 and E45 only visible in service mode) means problem with open door or door interlock.
I suggest rapid reading alarm code when appliance is in normal operating mode (e.g. during the execution of the washing
programme):
Press and hold down START/PAUSE and any of the option buttons for at least two seconds: the LEDs initially switch off, and then display the flashing sequence corresponding to the alarm.
The alarm sequence continues as long as the two buttons are held down.
E41 - Door open
E42 - Problems of door closure
E43 - Interlock power supply triac faulty
E44 - Door interlock sensor faulty
E45 - Door interlock sensing circuit triac faulty
Possible causes:
Door interlock faulty, wiring faulty or PCB faulty.
Hi
Firstly do you hear the water pump working???
Have you filled the water in the washer bucket???
If answere is YES...
The jets are clogged...All you have to do is take a thin needle and clean the jets from where the water comes out. The best way to do is to first tell someone to pull the washer while you clean the jets from outside...
If the answere is NO..
Then first check the fuse ment for the washer ..... and change fuse if necessary else the washer pump is Kaaputt.. you may need to change ths same.
A common problem, down to wind chill. Even with engine hot and the water being warmed up in the screen wash bottle, the jets are wind chilled. At 0°C and your driving at say 30 mph in the snow, the effective temp is - 8°C on the jets.
Firstly use winter screen wash, or full stength stuff, it usually says on the bottle, and will not freeze till minus 10°C or better.
In the morning pour warm water on the jet, not boiling and keep it way from the windscreen. If you can get the insulation they use on micro bore gas pipe, you could try that to help keep those unprotected washer hoses lagged.

well the easiest way to tell if the motor is working properly and the hose and the {Jets are not frozen / clogged up is to remove the hose to the pump or from one of the jets to see if fluid comes out when activated ....some washer fluid will freeze up in the line etc if it is not winter blend ..rendering warmer weather temperature fluid useless this is the easiest way in determining this
most doors are locked via a preasure vessel, and the door will not open if any water remains inside, also the preasure vessel pipe can block leaving the machine thinking it still hase water in it, empty the mavchine manualy from the waste hose into a sutable container, if not check the vessel pipe.
Dear Osville,
It is not clear what type of lance or nozzel you have. You said that the machine works fine with the circulating water jet(the turbo). So it seems the machine is fine. I do sometimes service variable nozzels and variable lances. But the best solution is to replace nozzels and variable nozzles and lances with new ones. Regarding the fan spray setting it could have no pressure because it might be in the chemical setting. The chemical setting lets out a fan shape flow of water, but with less pressure. The chemical system only works on low pressure in domestic washers, that is why it needs a low pressure flat spray. The pencil jet has 2 jets comming out because if it is a lance or nozzel with ball bearings, these ball bearings must have stuck in a wrong position. Also 2 jets can come out, due to a damaged nozzel hole.
Altogether, the best advice is to buy a new nozzel or lance...which ever your machine uses. All Karcher machines have their own specific nozzels, lances and high pressure hoses. You cannot change these from one model to another.

Fulltech.
the number one cause of this is your drain hose is too far down in the stand pipe or too low beneath the tub the drain hase should loop above the tub and about 4 inches down in the stand pipe if not this will create a siphoning effect that will drain the water as it fills
