Question about Televison & Video
You must contact the manufacturer in order to purchase a replacement remote. If the manufacturer is a common one such as Sony, RCA, etc., you may be able to use a universal remote which can be purchased at any large retailer that has an electronics section.
If you do purchase a universal remote, don't destroy the packaging and keep the receipt in case it doesn't work on your TV. This way you can return it and get a refund.
