Question about Sony Audio Players & Recorders
When connecting my mp3 player to my laptop via sonicstage version 4 i get the follow message appear.
The connection between the device and the computer is unstable.
Disconnect and reconnect.
If you connect the device to a different usb port and the device is still not recognised, delete all tracks on the device by clicking ''controls'' selecting ''device / media'' and then select ''delete all tracks''.
I have deleted all tracks as discribed above but the problem still remains.
All of my other usb devices work ok, including printer, scanner, flash drives, card reader etc.
My mp3 player works ok when plugged into another computer running sonicstage version 4.
I have tried finding a solution on sony's website but have had no luck.
Also i have uninstalled sonicstage and reinstalled it but still get the same usb unstable message.

Well Sony dumped sonicstage too. Try using Windows Media Player make sure you have version 11 though other wise it won't recognize. I have a walkman but it is a downgrade from yours the NWZ-S615F.
