I went down to ur stor and paid my bill a week ago that same day it die. when i turn it on it asks for a puk code, what is that, how do i get it, i havent used it for the whole week.

u can call T-Mobile customer care & tell ur phone number & ask ur PUK code,,, they provides u PUK code for ur SIM card,,,,,

The puk code comes on the certificate or in the documents thatcome with the simcard, to obtain the code call your phone serviceprovider who owns the number / simcard or who sends you the bills.

Don't try to guess the puk code, entering it wrong too many times will disable the card. There is no default code to unlock it, its simcard spesific every card has its own code.
