Lost SP3 windows xp home edition version 2002 how do i get it back or do i need to I have automatic updates turned on when I look at programs beside it ,there no file size? also how do I fix error...

If you mean no file size showing up in "Add / Remove Programs"
thats because it's integrated / uninstallable but registered.

Error: 0x80070005, is that when you access "Microsoft Update"?

As for repairing SP3 Read more here:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/help/learn-how-to-install-windows-xp-service-pack-3-sp3

and you probably have to go for option:
"Manually installing SP3 using the Microsoft Download Center or a CD"

When my pc starts up i get the message :Air GCFG .exe- entry point not found. Then I get a second error message saying Procedure entry point aspInitialize not found in the link library wlanapi.dll

did you update from sp2 to sp3 remove sp3 for one reason
fixed it by going to Windows Defender, Tools - Software Explorer and
disabled AirGCFG.exe from automatically starting at boot.** Now I don't get the error message and
the Dlink NIC card works just fine.
AirGCFG is a NIC monitoring function and the NIC will work without it.
Dlink was advised and reported back that SP3 was still Beta and they may work on the problem after
MS releases the final SP3.
I informed them that they did not know what was what and I would not hold my breath until they fix
the problem.
Found out the problem was due to a new version of the wlanapi.dll file introduced with SP3 that
conflicts with the Dlink monitoring file.

** Note: AirGCFG did not show up in the "msconfig" startup listing. But does show in Windows
Defender, with an explanation of what it does.
