Is there a tool which can give a report of the message logs

If you are referring to OWA as Outlook Web Access for your organisation, then your email is likely being handled by a Microsoft Exchange server. You'll need to be able to access the Exchange Administrator in order to turn on logging of OWA events.

You can monitor most other Exchange activity directly by turning on Diagnostic Logging for the components that you need to see. Of course, you cannot view email activity 'outside' of your organisation.

Which version of Exchange Server is being used by your organisation?

Configure ms outlook 2007 to access my office mail it shows my inbox mail but dont shows my outbox mail or sent item & also contact list .Before outlook configure i access my outlook through web mail ....

ahhhh ok you want to access your Sent mail folder and contacts which you used when you used Outlook Web Access(OWA) "outlook through web mail" to connect to your Office Exchange mail server

in order to get this you have to configure Outlook 2007 to connect to exchange server. Do the following steps
  1. if you are running outlook close it as you can not configure exchange accounts when it is running
  2. if you are running vista, xp or 7 click on the start menu and right click on email and go to properties
  3. click on email accounts
  4. select "view or change existing accounts" click next
  5. click on any of the previously configured accounts and remove them
  6. click add
  7. select microsoft exchange server click next
  8. type name of the exchange server (you must get this from your administrator) and type in your username (name which you used to use through web mail) click on next
  9. click on finish
  10. open outlook 2007 and you should see all your previous contacts and sent items
hope this helps

Im able to access mail from OWA but cannot send. can enter contact name text message box is blank with small X in top left corner

are you the administrator of the excahnge server or a user?

If you are the admin, can you give some more information please regarding your configuration.

If the user, i would suggest you re-enter the email address again for the person you want to email, but before that check there is nothing in your outbox that wont send. If there is delete is and start again!

Belkin F5D9230-4 won't allow a connection to M Exchange server

Login to your Belkin router and check to see if there is a firmware update available for your specific model. If so, download and install it as this may resolve the problem without doing anything else. (Be sure to save your configuration first)

The specifications for a F5D9230 state that it supports VPN passthrough so you shouldn't need to configure anything in the router itself. It may be necessary to open a few incoming ports but only as a last resort.

Would you also reply to this post and specify...
  1. What OS are you running on your pc?
  2. What VPN client are you using on your pc?
  3. Ask the administrator of the Exchange server if they're using PPTP or L2TP for VPN connections.
Another option would be to use OWA (Outlook Web Access) to access your email if it has been installed on the Exchange server.

OWA access to company site does not work

Adding the URL of the OWA to the trusted sites will definitely help. Also, she may try using a different browser and I recommend to use Mozilla Firefox though the lite edition of OWA will be used.

I have Microsoft Outlook Web Access, running with VISTA and IE 7. I can't type in the body of emails. There is an 'x' in the body space. Can someone help me change settings so as to write in the body?

Try this Solution on your desktop PC:
1. In Outlook Web Access [OWA] , click on the "options" in the left Task Pane.

2. Under “E-mail Security” and Click Install or Upgrade the S/MIME Control. This will download a new add-on.

3. Click “RUN” when asked about the Microsoft Outlook Web Access S/MIME install and security warning.

4. Close and RESTART IE7

If the above trick still doesn't work then it more sounds like the Exchange server needs a patch

[path to the patch]
If you by chance happen to maintain the exchange server then install the above patch and restart exchange service

or check this site for reference:

Good luck :)

Http://503 error in exchange mail

Try this if it doesn't work tell me and I will continue troubleshooting

After you type the address to Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) on an Exchange 2003 computer, you may receive the following error message on your browser before you receive the OWA log on prompt: 503 Service Unavailable
This problem occurs if the Davex.dll file cannot communicate with either a mailbox store or a public folder store.
Make Sure That All the Services Are Running
The "503 Service Unavailable" error message may occur if the Exchange 2003 services are not running, particularly if the system attendant and the information store are not running. To view the services and make sure that all the services are running!!
