Question about HP Pavilion N5415 Notebook
Sounds like it is trying to boot from the network and not the hard drive.
A few things to try:
1. Go into BIOS (usually F2 or Delete key at HP logo screen) and look for an option to change the startup. Once there make sure the hard drive is listed first and see if that works
2. Other issue is that your hard drive is not being detected by the laptop. If this is the case, you will have to remove and put back in the laptop, and hopefully it's just a loose connection--if it still doesn't show in the BIOS, your hard drive has probably bit the dust.
