nope. ebay. can only download updates or upgrades within OS. Not full system. Check for yourself and see if you can find 10.6 full download or 10.7 or 10.8 or anything. Only find updates. No full OS dl online.

Go to the DigitalGadgets.com website and download the "OS update" (probably not the OS Shell update) follow the directions as listed. You will need a 1-2 Gigabyte SD card.

This will re-install the OS. Please note you will lose all data that is not on external storage.

You can try the OS Shell update. If you are not happy with that you can locate a copy of the previous OS update through the Yahoo Sylvania Netbook group.

There will be more to it than just E4..........it will say E4-01, E4-10,11, OR 12.
If its e4-01...that means the machine is not warming up and may have a problem with the Fuser unit.
If its E4-10,11 or 12 it relates to a problem with a Fan motor.
Thats the best I can do given the information you have provided.

Its simple, just download it off the apple website,
http://www.apple.com/safari/download/
since you on leopard "1.5.2" you may need to run a system update because you should have been updated to 1.5.7 by now
so if safari still does not work that is why, you need to run a system update.

One thing though if your new to mac's the apple menu is the apple icon in the top right corner :D

you cannot use the usb driver download directly...it is not compatable w/ your camera...instead, download the software updater for your mac OS version

You need to update to 10.5.5. The installer apparently checks  your OS X version a few versions higher than 10.5.2, although it says otherwise.
